Ken Mulleran Insurance is a State Farm Insurance Agency in Mokena location. We are professional, customer-centric and our goal is to help our customers manage the risks of everyday life and to be the first choice for insurance in the Mokena area. We focus on auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and health insurance.

Due to an increased rate of customer inquiries, we are looking for a Customer Relations Representative to support our team. The right candidate will handle incoming calls, provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. We are looking to fill this position with someone who has a high level of customer service skills and can make decisions while operating within company policies.

Responsibilities:

· Research and resolve customer problems.

· Handle customer requests for information.

· Respond to customers' questions and complaints.

· Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

· Provide first-level customer service in a variety of settings.

· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

· Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

· Property and Casualty Insurance license (must be able to obtain)

· Pass a thorough employment background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
