Successful Agency looking to add an office manager, a motivated team member to our staff due to our growing customer base. We are looking for someone that is energetic and that has a passion for taking care of current and future clients with a high level of care.
This position involves:
Setting appointments with current clients for reviews
Assisting with attaching forms, process policy changes
Onboarding new clients, processing payments, ensure accuracy of applications and assist clients with claims.
Tackling day to day task
Monitor & review team members numbers
Required skills
Ability to organize and act on several activities concurrently
Strong listening, oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of systems (computer, mail or fax) used to send documents or other information to customers, operations center, underwriters, etc.
Independence. Working with little supervision and attentive to details
Working cooperatively in a team environment
Track and record policy changes and update information in NECHO, ECRM, and the other files and databases as appropriate.
Prepare forms (scan and attach documents) applications, agreements and other paperwork to complete sales-related efforts and ensure policy requirements
Proven problem solving ability: apply and balance conceptual and analytical thinking by breaking down complex problems, evaluation alternative sources or action and their likely outcomes, and selecting the best alternative.
Compensation: Base Hourly Pay with opportunity for Commission and Bonuses.
Requirements:
Must have a Personal Lines license or a Property and Casualty License
