Tammy Roach Allstate Agency is looking to add a Licensed Insurance Producer to our team! Our agency has plenty of opportunity for career growth, advancement, and even mentorship toward future agency ownership. We have a positive work environment with lots of perks. Our agency location in northeast Oklahoma allows us to sell insurance in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas, so the potential for growth is there!!

Salary Range: $28000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance?quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop?ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business?through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide?exceptional customer service.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Requirements

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• Property and Casualty License Required but can be attained upon hiring.
