Job Purpose: Serves Personal Lines and Commercial Lines clients by providing appropriate products and services.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales & Service Representative:

• Property & Casualty license is highly preferred, must be able to obtain within 30 days offer date
• At least 1 year of customer service & sales experience
• Must have Agency, Company or Commercial or Personal Lines sales or service experience

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales & Service Representative:

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
• Must have Insurance sales and/or service experience
• Routine review of client insurance portfolios
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information
• Provides service to existing clients by processing policy changes and incepting new policies
• Sale of new Personal or Commercial Lines accounts
• Procurement of appropriate insurance product depending on the need of the client
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
