• The IBHS Coordinator plays an important and direct role in ensuring that CBH adheres to state regulations and insurance guidelines.
• The Coordinator is part of a team that works closely with CBH administration, supervisors and the quality management department.
• Maintaining client and spreadsheets and monitoring adherence to state licensing requirements is a vital function of this role.
• There is a case management component to this position. This entails supervising and supporting our direct care staff and following an authorization process to help ensure client services are approved in a timely manner.

Starting payrate: $18.25

Location: Marshall’s Creek office

Full time, in-office position

Typical work schedule M-F 8-4, with an occasional evening. Minimal travel is required locally and to our Wilkes-Barre office for training and periodically thereafter.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a child serving system (administrative or clerical).

Prior behavioral health case management experience and/or understanding of Intensive Behavioral Health Services a plus.
