International Rate Desk Specialist

Position Overview
This role will work with the IRD (International Rate Desk) team to review all international and domestic straight sale and exchanges for commission review. This is a remote position.
This position is fully remote
Responsibilities

Monitor and work commission queues for multiple offices -
Check the daily missed commission reports to correct/add through ARC department
Basic Qualifications
-
Knowledge of commission contracts for the purpose of adjusting commission on tickets and exchanges -
Knowledge of Sabre and Apollo

Knowledge of International travel

Understanding and comprehension of commission profiles

Proficient with reading fares and electronic tickets

Basic knowledge of Excel and Word

Minimum of 1 year in the travel industry

Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
