- Valid Ohio License or Certificate K-12 Intervention Specialist License-mild/moderate or moderate/Intensive
- Evidence of a clear record as determined by the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCII) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
- Experience working with children in a school setting
- Ability to maintain a well-managed, positive learning environment
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills
