Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm

$18.11 - $21.80

Receiving

· Ensures that orders received are accurate

· Ability to resolve any issues or concerns

· Maintains material board on a daily basis, listing all the open material PO’s.

· Follow-up on later orders on a daily basis

Inventory

· Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.

· Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

· Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.

Cycle Counting

· Run and print reports in our ERP system (M2M, Epicor) for SHOP (Warehouse) to report cycle counts of raw material.

o Makes adjustments to inventory based on findings. Anything more than $1,000, must be reviewed by Purchasing or Sales Manager

· Cycle count materials based on the current ERP system which will be monitored by the Cutting & Inventory Control Supervisor.

· Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and rack location reports.

· Assist all Warehouse Pullers to locate materials.

· Issuing material to pick list

· Scanning picklist in the current ERP system folder

· Receiving material into the current ERP system

· Once all material is received, you will assist providing stock checks upon Sales Department request.

· Always follow all safety rules and regulations.

· Always maintain a clean and organized work area

Shipping

· Sends out invoices to customers.

· Scans travelers and then attaches them to the job on current ERP system (M2M, Epicor)
