Cart Mart, Inc. a 60+year-old, award-winning, Golf and Commercial Vehicle Distributor, is searching for an experienced Inventory Specialist based out of their San Marcos, CA location.

At least 3 years of inventory control experience is required. This candidate will be responsible for the control of inventory and equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This candidate is required to work outside in a dirt lot daily, no matter what the weather, conducting inventory, moving equipment, etc. Duties include physically counting all inventory and equipment, maintaining organization of inventory and equipment in the lot, conducting regular inventory counts and audits, maintaining accurate inventory, and control of all Cart Mart equipment, including but not limited to golf cars, forklifts, power equipment, etc. This candidate is responsible for inventory and equipment at all Cart Mart sites and while being based out of the San Marcos site, you may have to travel to other sites as required or necessary. Other sites currently include Laguna Woods, CA, Burbank, CA, Rancho Mirage, CA, La Quinta, CA, Augusta, GA, and Franklin, TN.

$19 - $20 hourly DOE

• Control of inventory and equipment

• This candidate must be friendly, professional, a self-starter, very well organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, honest, have integrity, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to work well with all types of people, and possess a positive “can-do” attitude.
• This position requires you to be computer literate. Intermediate Excel skills are a must. Consistent follow-up and follow-through are an absolute requirement of this position.
• This candidate needs to be able to manage multiple projects with ease and accuracy and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people, including all levels of employees, vendors, and customers.
• A positive, professional, and friendly attitude is a must.
• Must be able to bend and squat.
