Job Overview:

The Inventory Supervisor will oversee and manage a small group of warehouse associates and will lead transformational efforts impacting inventory. This role is responsible for managing and supporting key inventory initiatives and developing processes to assess and facilitate inventory strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for all Inventory processes after parts have been received.
• Assist with the development and control of inventory strategies to support needs while ensuring the best possible utilization of inventory space and dollars as well as inventory accuracy.
• Gather and analyze data to help optimize inventory within the warehouse and create reports and/or presentations based on findings.
• Maintain communication with key leadership to ensure successful implementation of inventory initiatives.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse lead role managing employees
• 2+ years’ experience working with warehouse inventory
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures, policies, and equipment
• Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite products
