Are you a highly motivated and talented IT Compliance professional who would love to join the growing security organization at Danaher Corporation? You will drive security risk and compliance initiatives across 20+ globally diverse science and technology operating companies! Whether it’s validating compliance across applications, or driving continuous improvements to our security controls, the position plays a pivotal role in analyzing and reporting on IT Compliance for our companies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Security Compliance, this role will lead critical compliance activities throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement in IT SOX processes and other IT Compliance areas
Work in collaboration with operating companies to ensure consistency and effectiveness of IT activities and provide guidance and meaningful feedback to improve internal controls and compliance at their locations
Support, validate and report on IT general controls and IT SOX compliance for operating companies and the corporate organization
Develop strong relationships with IT Compliance teams across operating companies and Internal IT Audit team. Be a trusted resource for questions and concerns.
Track compliance processes such as control design reviews, remediation plans and control testing results to ensure proper and timely completion
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
4+ years of audit experience with audit firms such as Big Four, BDO, Grant Thornton, McGladrey & Pullen or internal audit experience with a Fortune 500 company
Extensive knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, including design, assessment and documentation across all domains for IT General Controls
Working knowledge of relevant industry security compliance regulations and controls frameworks such as COBIT and PCI
Experience working with external and internal auditors and the ability to train others on department rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
CISA, CISSP, CIA, or CPA (US) or equivalent
Ability to influence others at all levels of the organization through advising and persuading to take action on key data-integrity initiatives
Anticipate and balance business needs versus constraints, take initiative on problem solving and provide escalation to management when appropriate
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
