IT COORDINATOR to join our hospitality family!
NoHo Hospitality Group owns and operates some of New York's most well-known and loved restaurants helmed by award-winning chef Andrew Carmellini and his partners Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom.

Who You Are:
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, some college.
- 1-2 years experience in an IT position or program, preferably in a fine dining restaurant group.
- Excellent problem resolution skills and outstanding listening skills.
- Highly-developed organizational and multi-tasking abilities and sound administrative skills.
- Understands basic computer components and has the skills necessary to repair or replace them as needed.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Resolve tech support requests via Zendesk
- Process onboarding and offboarding requests for new and departing staff
- Maintain operational and brand standards throughout the restaurants
- Coordinate the planning and execution of special projects
- Maintain all hardware and software infrastructure
- Train end-users on all IT systems
- Identify areas of improvement and develop upgrade plans
