The IT&D Sr. Product Analyst - Data & Analytics is part of a Product team and will be responsible for creating deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing the business function and advises on the best solutions. In this role, you'll translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT&D Product requirements. You'll play a key role in specifying, testing and deploying requirements into IT&D solutions. You'll partner with business partners to conduct paper based design, solutioning sessions, and MVPs along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery. You'll:

• Support the Product Group / Line Manager & BRM in strategy development through incremental improvement of the product, designing business scenarios & use cases
• Deliver training to end users, deployment and support teams
• Design business scenarios and use cases for the Products to maximise adoption and value
• Develop, motivate & direct staff belonging to business and IT&D to understand business needs and find the best solution that will align with customer objectives and IT&D strategy
• External collaboration with selected suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing and support services
