IT Desktop Support

Pay: $28.00 an hour

100% Onsite in Sheboygan WI

1 year possible contract to hire opportunity

Candidates need at least 2 years of experience

Ability to learn and perform computer lease replacement using imaging software. Good with communication to employees. Ability to learn and install software, either manually or via software deployment application. Project oriented in order to schedule replacements with employees. Basic IT Hardware troubleshooting: i.e. re seat memory chip, replace power supply, swap hard drive. Basic IT Software troubleshooting: identifying issue, i.e. reinstalling drivers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years education in IT related studies, preferably Client/End User interest.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Prior knowledge or experience with imaging software and methods.
• Ability to independently work with minimal supervision based on instruction and guidance from senior EUS team lead.
