Our IT department is currently seeking an experienced BI developer to build data pipelines that provide peace of mind for people by equipping them to make data-informed business decisions.

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $130,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

A qualified candidate must be ready to:

  • design and develop new application solutions utilizing Java;
  • provide enhancements and defect fixes of existing Java-based applications;
  • work on project teams throughout the software development life cycle;
  • complete thorough unit testing & webservice testing (Postman, SOAPui, Junit, etc);
  • integrate with commercial solutions using APIs;
  • exhibit strong troubleshooting/incident resolution skills

In addition, an ideal candidate is ready to:

  • participate in the design and implementation of comprehensive Identity and Access Management solutions;
  • maintain a comprehensive and holistic control view while addressing stakeholder security and risk concerns;
  • ensure the effectiveness and suitability of IAM and security methods as an element of successful application design

A qualified candidate must be equipped with:

  • three or more years of Java development experience;
  • the ability to write and consume web services;
  • knowledge of HTML, CSS and JQuery technology;
  • experience with XML schema, parsing, creating and defining;
  • familiarity with databases, such as DB2/Oracle, or SQL Server;
  • experience with server technology such as Windows & Linux servers;
  • the ability to provide application support, including responding to support after business hours;
  • strong analytical, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills;
  • strong self-management skills, and be able to work independently as well as with a team;
  • the ability to manage-to-deadlines and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In addition, an ideal candidate has experience with some of the following:

  • the implementation and administration of IAM practices such as: identity management, identity governance, access management, authentication/authorization protocols (Kerberos/XACML/SAML/OAUTH/OIDC), provisioning protocols (SCIM/SPML), web services (REST/SOAP), multi-factor authentication, API security;
  • Secure Coding practices and/or Code Scanning;
  • DevSecOps/Agile philosophies and environments.

You’ve earned:

  • a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in computer science or related discipline
