Job Overview
The IT Field Technician II will support the control environment; monitor critical network elements to keep the network and systems functioning in a stable operating mode. This position will assist in ensuring quick service restoration of problems using fault management procedures and in the documentation of processes, procedures, and resolution information; play a key role in consulting and designing IT solutions with business partners, while supporting onsite and remote support across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Coca-Cola Consolidated teammates in person, telephonically, and electronically thorough entering and resolving ServiceNow incidents regarding IT hardware, software, networks, and processes
- Research, resolve and respond to highly complex questions according to current standards across an assigned geographic territory
- Observe problem trends to report on frequent issues document, findings, and solutions to assist teammates in timely and consistent resolutions to frequently asked questions; including account lockouts, intermittent system issues, full facility impacts, etc. to improve the team’s ability to respond quickly to needs
- Provide “turn-key” service for meeting management, including preparing the meeting space, managing all technology, troubleshooting issues, coordinating digital communication, and supporting the success of the meeting
- Provide hardware and software support to teammates, including repair, installation, upgrades, vendor partnership, etc.
- Software support can include installation, problem investigation, resolution, configuration changes, etc. while ensuring compliance with security policies
- Support the business through installation and maintenance of systems and programming including OneDrive, Microsoft Systems, SAP GUI, etc. to ensure purpose and functionality closely aligns with business procedures, directions, and strategies
- Responsible for IT and business assets within the assigned geographic territory, including issuing, inventory, deployment, and maintenance; opening and closing branches, maintenance, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Travel required, approximately 10 hours a week (25-50% travel)
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 1-3 years of work experience

Work Environment
Work environment will vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled
