Role: IT Manager

Job Summary:

Ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations. We will be migrating to the cloud and this role will be part of that migration. This a perfect opportunity to design well architected systems in their initial stages and learn about all the new technologies that you always wanted to implement!We are seeking an experienced hand-on IT manager who will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of daily IT operations. Reporting to the VP of IT, this position is located within the corporate office in Irving, TX.We are implementing a new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) and this role will play a key role in ERP implementation and operations.The IT manager will also work with the development and integration team to ensure the optimum technical solution is implemented in the development of new\existing platform. The IT manager will review and contribute to designs, prepare technical documentation deliverables, enforce coding and design standards, and provide technical support to the team.

Required Skills:

• IT operations management
• Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central preferred)
• Experience designing ETLs or APIs
• Solid understating of design patterns
• Relational database experience, MS SQL and Azure Synapse preferred
• Experience setting up Okta, Jira and Confluence is preferred but not requiredEducation and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related filed.
• Five years or more of related experience.

Basic Qualifications:

· Experience with at least one of the below:

• Microsoft Azure certifications
• Windows servers, Active Directory administration experience is highly preferred
• Microsoft Business Central hand on experience
• Hands on full stack or API development experience in any programming language
• Previous success as a manager (or technical lead) on diverse aspects of complex projects
• Ability to follow established coding standards and ensure implementation team members do the same
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, relying on experience, research, and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals
• Experience with technical project documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
