Position Description:
SQUAN is seeking an IT Manager to assist company users in software, hardware, and network problem resolution. This role can be performed remotely, but the IT Manager must be willing to travel (30%) to SQUAN office locations when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, test, and maintain a variety of computing and network hardware and software systems, with LAN and WAN connections
Assist in major national physical and cyber security projects
Log calls and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames for the user community
Ticket triage and L1, L2 support
Work with a small group
Travel to SQUAN locations when needed (30%)

REQUIREMENTS
Basic networking familiarity
Microsoft O365/Exchange, server, and desktop operating systems
Experience with switching, wireless, and firewalls
Active Directory experience
Preferred knowledge of construction sites and processes
Preferred A+, Network+, Security+ certifications
