We are looking to a hire a IT Project Assurance Analyst to be based in our Guildford office with a hybrid working model.

Allianz are looking for a IT Quality Assurance Analyst to join them at a key part of their growth. The IT Project Assurance Analyst will support the standardisation and improvement of change standards as they apply across IT, monitor the overall delivery to committed change key control KPI and performance expectations, propose and track cross-functional framework improvement initiatives.

This role also involves monitoring adherence to the policies and standards for IT change and reporting non-compliance as appropriate. The team provides IT expert support for the development method that is used for IT change ensuring the alignment and adherence of key processes with the auditable requirements of IT controls.

About the Role

  • The key responsibilities of the QA Team cover:
  • IT change assurance and compliance reporting
  • Ensuring the currency of IT related elements of the change framework(s) used in the UK OE
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Experience

  • Experience of the control, update and distribution of quality standards, and advice on their use.
  • Conducting reviews and audits of Change and/or BAU Run activities to ensure conformance to standards.
  • Process governance, software development lifecycles and change management.
  • Carrying out software process improvement assignments, justified by measurable business benefit.
  • Working closely with and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Driving and leading quality improvement in a professional community

Technical Skills

  • Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent process improvement/change management certification)
  • Project Management (e.g. Prince 2 Practitioner, APMP, Certified Scrum Master).
  • IT Analysis Skills
  • Collaboration with parties – especially Allianz Technology and other change and run service providers, internal business stakeholders and related functional areas work streams
  • Understanding of IT governance and management practices
  • Strong delivery record
  • Familiarity with test and quality metrics and reporting to various levels of business and IT management
  • Reviewing and quality assuring project deliverables and IT development and BAU operational activities
