Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable IT Hybrid Project Manager to oversee and successfully deliver projects that involve a combination of traditional and agile methodologies. As an IT Hybrid Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives are met within specified timeframes, and leveraging the appropriate project management methodologies based on the project's needs. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of both waterfall and agile project management approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Employ a hybrid approach by integrating traditional waterfall methodologies with agile principles to meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate project activities, allocate resources, and establish project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• Team Leadership:

• Methodology Selection and Implementation:

  • Utilize agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, for dynamic and rapidly changing project aspects.
  • Adapt and customize project management frameworks to suit the unique needs of each project.
• Project Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
  • Track project metrics, analyze data, and prepare project performance reports.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a hybrid project management environment.
• In-depth knowledge of both traditional waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
