SUMMARY: The Information Technology Specialist I is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and helping to grow our Windows based offices and support service technicians in the field. This requires knowledge of both Android and Windows, but most importantly, the ability to learn and adapt in a constantly changing environment. Experience working with browser-based configuration portals is vital. The person assigned to this role must possess exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail in order to succeed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate effectively with all employees regarding policies and procedures that include but are not limited to:

• Perform Windows Server maintenance and troubleshooting functions
• Perform Windows based desktop help-desk support and troubleshooting functions
• Cell phone hardware, software, and contract maintenance
• Perform Android troubleshooting and support functions
• Willingness to travel and independently trouble shoot specific hardware/software issues for satellite office personnel
• Ability to administer 3rd party platforms in browser-based portals
• Ability to perform internal phone system maintenance and configuration
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service experience desired
• Knowledge of WAN and LAN network interconnectivity
• General working knowledge of IT hardware support and troubleshooting
• One year of prior experience preferred
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills

Physical Requirements:
Requires sitting for extended periods of time. Ability to listen, hear and speak clearly over the phone and focus at close distances to a computer monitor.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position primarily works in a climate-controlled office. WORK HOURS:

• Forty (40) hours per week including rare overtime opportunities.
