Job Title: IT Specialist

Company: Twin Cities Physicians

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Schedule: Full-Time with some weekend and on-call availability.

Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 per year

Our physician group is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all IT-related issues, including phones, software, and hardware. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in IT to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

IT Specialist Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain all IT systems and equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and other hardware.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any IT-related issues that arise, including software, hardware, and connectivity issues.

· Provide support for various software programs, including Google, Zoom, and our VOIP telephone system.

· Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.

· Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

· Provide training and support to staff on IT-related topics, including new software and hardware systems.

· Monitor and manage backups and disaster recovery systems.

· Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT systems and equipment.

· Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and supplies.

IT Specialist Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.

· Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

· Experience supporting VOIP phone systems, Google Suite, and Zoom.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

· Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
