Are you an experienced IT Support Tech III (Help Desk) who would like to be a part of a big mission? Do you have a current Top Secret Clearance and Security + Certification? As an IT Support Tech III (Help Desk) you will:

A week in the life of an IT Support Tech III (Help Desk):

  • Provide personal computer, hardware, and software support.
  • Diagnose reported hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Maintain network diagrams, circuit records, and trouble logs.
  • Provide technical support for computers and associated networks to meet Cyber Support.
  • Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, network equipment such as servers, modems, multiplexers, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors.
  • Work with a highly skilled team of analysts on the development or refinement of current and future IT systems.
  • Investigate information, network, and communications needs of users, and makes recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Clearance: Active TS/SSBI with SCI eligibility
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience: 3+ Years of related experience performing a wide variety of IT Help Desk functions
  • Certifications: Security + CE
