The IT Systems Administrator will support Paragon Healthcare staff with day-to-day operations as it relates to network, telephony, Internal systems, processes, and infrastructure. Level 2 and 3 technical resources for Paragon Infrastructure and systems. Position requires 2012-2019 Windows server support, VMWARE, Azure, and related technology. Escalation point for other systems administrators/help desk technicians/ and end users.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related field (Experience to commensurate for degree)
• 1+ Years of networking support experience in a corporate environment (network administration role - or support, knows CLI, Cisco IOS, and SDWAN Technologies)
• 3+ Years of server support experience in corporate environment (systems administration role)
• Strong PC and technical background
• Windows Server 2012R2 and above knowledge
• VMWARE/vcenter/VSAN experience
• SQL Server (Would be helpful)
• Backup and DR Experience
• VEEAM experience a plus
• Some Azure infrastructure experience would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of computer network infrastructure
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot systems and services.
• Position also requires after hours availability to update, test, or be available for support regarding Paragon infrastructure needs.
• Excellent communications skills
• Travel as needed.
• Will also have on-call every few months.
