Passkey is an established IT Service Provider in the Twin Cities. Started in 1991. We provide IT consulting, deployment, monitoring and support services. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist team in proactively monitoring and troubleshooting managed servers, networks and devices.
- Assist team in monitoring ticketing queue, support requests and documenting in system.
- Provide remote and on-site server/workstation technical support.
- Setup and deploy desktops, laptops, firewalls, servers, switches, etc.
- Work with the team to get the job done and provide Passkey clients with a high level of service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year degree with IT related courses or equivalent work experience plus 3-5+ years IT support experience.
- Certifications preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Curious and crave to learn, understand and grow.
Technical experience required:
- Networking basics: vLAN, DCHP, DNS, subnetting, routing
- Wireless networking: Unifi, Ruckus, Cisco, Meraki
- WatchGuard, SonicWALL, Cisco, Fortigate...
- Domain registrar/DNS/CNAME/A/SPF record understanding.
- VMware and Hyper-V.
- Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Server
- Server hardware: RAID concepts, SNMP, iLO, iDRAQ
- Advanced Active Directory, Group Policy - Migrations
- On-premise Exchange to Office 365 migration experience
- On premise Server to SharePoint / OneDrive migration experience
- On-premise Active Directory and Group Policy to Azure AD and Intune/Endpoint experience
- Azure Information Protection, ATP, Defender
- Azure AD, Intune/Endpoint, TEAMS, SharePoint and OneDrive
- SAN/iSCSI
- Compliance experience: HIPAA, PCI, NIST, GLB
- MSP tools: RMM, Datto, Autotask, Connectwise, Manage, Automate, Labtech, N-Able, SolarWinds, Continuum, Kaseya, Synchro, IT Glue, Auvik, Huntress, Sentinel One, Bitdefender, Webroot, Pax8, Keeper

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
