Job description
We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday in the Oyster Point area, to carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep the buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc
- Empty lobby trash receptacles and ash urns
- Stock and maintain restrooms
- Clean and sanitize entrance lobby glass doors in and out
- Police and clean stairwells
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- MUST HAVE knowledge of using a high speed & low speed buffer
Skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
