Performs routine cleaning of all areas of the site facilities. Perform janitorial tasks to maintain sanitary conditions including, but not limited to floor buffing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, wall, window, bathroom and furniture cleaning. Maintains the grounds of the ROTHR facilities. Duties would include cutting grass, trimming hedges, edging, pruning shrubs, planting grass, spreading fertilizer, and application of pesticides. Performs all other related duties as assigned and required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Required Skills:
Applicant must have a minimum of six months combined practical grounds maintenance and janitor experience. Applicant must have the ability to comprehend and carry out the instructions outlined in written procedures with little supervision. Within twelve months of hire, the selected applicant must qualify as a Registered Technician for State Certified Pesticide Applicator. Desired Skills: Current Registered State Pesticide Applicator. Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Clearance Required: Applicant must be a US Citizen.
