We are hiring a job coach!

A job coach, is someone who:

• works 1 to 1 with an individual with a disability in their place of employment.
• will help others learn skills to grow in the workplace.
• can provide instructions and training.
• is looking to learn and grow.
• wants to work up to 40 hours a week, but doesn’t want a strict schedule.
• has availability to work a shift between 7am and 9pm.

Qualifications:

• Self-directed work style and ability to collaborate with Tandem team.
• Demonstrated ability to show initiative in managing job responsibilities, communicating job performance ideas and concerns with supervisor, and seeking resources to maintain and build areas of expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a representative of Tandem, and thus converse professionally and knowledgably with clients and business partners.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm and therapeutic presence during challenging times.
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate needs of clients; may include evening and weekend hours.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle in order to travel from client to clients workplace.
• Experience in a variety of industries is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to sanitize/wash hands as frequently as possible.
All staff are required to provide proof of vaccination.
All staff are required to follow Larimer County Health Dept Mandates.
