Jr. Salesforce Developer

Brooksource is hiring two junior Salesforce Developers to work with our Fortune 64 client in the Telecommunications industry. As a junior Developer, you will have the opportunity to grow within a large Salesforce organization and gain exposure to telecom specific initiatives. This is located out of St. Louis, MO and it’s a long term opportunity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of hands-on Salesforce development and code deployment experience. (Java)
• Salesforce functional experience as well.
• High attitude & aptitude
• The individuals will be focused on Deployment activities associated with all changes to our application in multiple environments (UAT & Production) supporting multiple Salesforce orgs | Spectrum – Enterprise & Spectrum – Business.
• Follow established Salesforce development standards and best practices
• Experience or understanding of implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java
• General web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Not required by nice to have)

Responsibilities:

• This individual will be central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization
• Perform hands-on technical Salesforce development and implementations, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools) and complex data migrations
• Provide development support, from design through testing and deployment, often working with other members of the team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
