College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is the fastest-growing junk-hauling and moving franchise in America. We are currently looking to hire Non-CDL drivers/movers qualified to drive light to medium duty box trucks and perform moving services that exceed expectations for our clients. Candidates with military experience strongly encouraged to apply!

ONSITE JOB OFFERS

• $15 to $18 per hour (Based on Experience)
• Full and Part Time Positions Available
• Monthly Performance Bonus Program
• TIPS Earned up to $150 Per Day
• Training period applicable

Essential Qualifications:

• Great Attitude
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License for at least 4 years
• SAFELY operate at all times
• Ability to climb stairs daily & lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time

Leadership Characteristics:

• Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.
• Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
• Make sure truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing material.
• Lead your team by relevant example, showing them what the core values of the company are all about.
• Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
