The position will report to the Key Account Executive Director. This role is remote, however candidate should be based in the NYC metro area with ability to go into the office on an as-needed basis.

Overall Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for supporting the brand's wholesale activities in the Americas, including all aspects of sales operations and admin, with the following:

Order Management

• Manage non-EDI order processing and customer communication as well as error resolution.
• Ensure accurate UPCs, SRPs, and casepack quantities are represented on orders and obtain corrections as needed.
• Monitor PO fulfillment/shipment timelines and communicate with customers.
• Ensure product registration and PO execution is aligned with on-counter timelines.
• Place/ship orders for gratis and samples for retailer partners.

Chargeback/Payment Support

• Investigate, validate, dispute, escalate and resolve all chargebacks for customers, including those pertaining to non-compliance fines and pre-approved marketing deductions.
• Initiate outreach to accounts to investigate past-due invoices and reach resolution.
• Validate and approve deductions pertaining to testers, damages, and RTVs for all customers.
• Obtain and communicate credit memos for customers when warranted.

New Item Setup

• Own new product forms, sku setup data, pricing set up and changes, samples, logistic information, etc.

Data Analysis

• Support in analysis and data collection and organization; creating and updating basic Excel reports.

Meeting Support

• Assist in retailer meeting prep including presentation materials, market samples, product samples, shipments, meeting room set-up, etc.
• Take meeting notes and follow up with responsible parties for deliverables and next steps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required minimum.
• Located in NYC Metro Area with ability to go into office as-needed.
• 2+ years in sales analysis, account management, logistics or planning.
• Experience working in beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability; attention to detail and organizational/time management skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skill required; experience working with partners in finance, accounting and logistics preferred.
• Ability to work with data from multiple sources and interpret the data to provide actionable conclusions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others.
