Location: Remote job with various travels to accounts, shows, and our home office in Columbus, GA.
Overview: This role will be responsible for selling goods, obtaining & ensuring order transmissions, managing and meeting key account needs, all while focusing on growing business annually. They will identify opportunities by researching market trends, and various report running (SPS). Individual must have effective organizational and time management abilities, communication, self motivated and computer skills with an emphasis on Excel.
Essential Functions:
- Schedule in-person meetings, travel with samples, and show the current line to KA customers.
- Assist with account management through professional and consistent communications i.e: Provide relevant ATS to customers, track orders in Blue Cherry, investigate shipping issues, etc.
- Create and maintain an accurate database of customer buyers, their respective category, and contact info then uploading to N:
- Monitor sales performance with sales tracking tools (SPS & TM1) & make sure KA are growing according to plan.
- Plan replenishment program for KA.
- Participate in sales meetings, expos, shows and on-site training seminars.
- Coordinate with other internal departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Run, review and save various reports: YOY for KA meetings, post-booking seasons KA dashboards, SPS.
