South San Francisco, California Full-Time Teacher Position: Kindergarten Teacher

Saint Veronica Catholic School is a thriving Catholic school in the Archdiocese of San Francisco in the City of South San Francisco.

The school is dedicated to fulfilling its mission as a ministry of Saint Veronica Catholic Parish to provide a rich formation in the Catholic faith and ensure the highest level of learning through faith and excellence in education.

Saint Veronica Parish's school ministry is seeking qualified educator candidates for a full-time kindergarten level position for the 2023-2024 school year.

Qualifications:

● Applicant must hold a BA from an accredited University or College
● Recognizes and supports the unique Catholic mission of the school by speaking, acting, living, and instructing consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church. Strives to model the teaching of Jesus by attitude and example.
● A valid California State Teaching Credential (preferred)
● Preferred Practicing Catholic

Teaching Position Summary:
● A passion for teaching children in a differentiated learning environment
● Provide a positive classroom learning environment
● Enjoy working in level groups, have a strong sense of collaboration
● Present lessons in a comprehensive manner
● Ease and ability to integrate technology as a teaching and learning tool
● Provide individualized instruction by promoting interactive learning
● Able to call students to a high sense of accountability; classroom management skills should provide flexibility for meeting diverse learning styles

Salary Range: $54,500-$101,852 depending on education and experience
