Pay Type: $11-$15/hr, based on availability

Position Type:

• Part-Time or Full-Time, must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week
• Daylight or Evening Shifts
• Must be available to work Fridays or Saturdays

Requirements:

• Must meet minimum shift requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in all back-of-house stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Prepare both hot and cold individual and catering menu items.
• Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.
• Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to menu items or procedures.
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
