We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead and manage back of house Kitchen operations for a brand new Restaurant opening in West London later this month.

In this key position the Kitchen Manager will ensure the smooth running of the Kitchen and Restaurants back of house operation to include;

• Overseeing Health and Safety of the Kitchen areas
• Training, coaching and developing of the F&B team.
• Management of stock, chemicals and safe storage
• Stock takes and Ordering
• Identification of training requirements and helping to oversee training
• Reporting

Desirable Experience

• Kitchen Manager / Back of House experience at a supervisory level, within a hotel, restaurant or similar.
• Health and Safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two L2
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
• Experience using stock management systems
• Experience using kitchen equipment and knowledge of cleaning methods and best practice
