Position: Grill/Pizza Cook

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and presentable - Follow recipes, including measurements, weighing and mixing ingredients - Bake, Grill, Boil, Fry vegetables, meats, fresh produce, and other foods - Present, Garnish, and Arrange final dishes - Slice, Chop, Cut vegetables, meats, poultry and other foods - Maintain and clean a safe and healthy work are, including utensil handles, surfaces, and kitchen equipment - Communication with Kitchen Manager regarding inventory and supplies - Preventing Cross-Contamination - Ensuring the bars and supplies are stocked at all times - Preparing food items for the day/week Grill Cook Requirements: - Prior kitchen experience preferred - Desire for continuous learning and culinary foundation development - Can lift up to 40lbs and stand for long hours - Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills - Commitment to the production of high- quality outputs and customer service skills - Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required - Some knowledge of food safety guidelines - Confidence in using hot appliances and basic kitchen equipment - Ability to work a kitchen line

- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and presentable - Follow recipes, including measurements, weighing and mixing ingredients - Preparing and baking high quality pizzas - Plating and packaging pizzas accordingly - Grating or slicing various ingredients - Maintain and clean a safe and healthy work are, including utensil handles, surfaces, and kitchen equipment - Communication with Kitchen Manager regarding inventory and supplies - Managing all food-order slips and ensuring customers orders are completed in a timely manner - Ensuring the bars and supplies are stocked at all times - Preparing food items for the day/week Pizza Maker Requirements: - Prior kitchen experience preferred - Desire for continuous learning and culinary foundation development - Can lift up to 40lbs and stand for long hours - Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills - Commitment to the production of high- quality outputs and customer service skills - Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required - Some knowledge of food safety guidelines - Ability to work a kitchen line

Pay: From $13.80 per hour
