LOFTY in SOLANA BEACH is looking to hire Full-Time Kitchen Team Members.

Compensation: $15.50 base pay + up to $12/hour in tips.

General Duties

• Fast cooking and preparing food on the line.
• Craft food meeting Lofty quality standards and following company SOP's.
• Deliver food to guest & bus tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized café following company standards and guidelines.
• Perform all procedures including dishwashing with urgency and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior cafe, restaurant, retail experience or customer service preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills with guests, teammates and supervisors.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to support business needs.
• Must be well organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Must be reliable, punctual and positive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $27.00 per hour
