Provide strategic direction for digital gift/prepaid products, categories and associated marketing strategies that support the gift card/prepaid product business. Provide leadership to develop/implement digital gift card programs that support the Customer 1st and Associate 1st strategy. Essential Job Functions

• Achieve weekly/period category sales goals, profit dollars, growth objectives, EBITDA, household/loyalty development and share of market in assigned categories
• Develop promotional strategies and manage content specific for business to customer (B2C) ecommerce sales
• Develop a communication/marketing strategy to support business to business (B2B) gift card sales in applicable digital channels
• Create business plans that deliver sales/profit requirements established for assigned products and categories and that align with Customer 1st strategies
• Understand/react to the competitive landscape for digital marketing
• Utilize 84.51 information to better understand the digital gift card consumer and identify the most efficient ways to influence their behavior
• Collaborate with Kroger Personal Finance (KPF) Marketing and Kroger Marketing Services (KMS) teams to develop communication tools and marketing vehicles that support the assigned product and category initiatives
• Work in conjunction with the KPF Digital team and external partners to develop/execute digital assets/promotions
• Ensure products/programs are consistent with KPF's brand strategy
• Utilize tools, processes and methodologies developed by the KPF Project Management Office (PMO) to manage development projects
• Communicate and promote KPF initiatives throughout the organization
• Travel to meet third-party vendors and attend conferences/summits to continue education

Minimum Position Qualifications

• 3+ years merchandising or retail operations experience
• Strong relationship and collaborative skills
• Strong negotiation problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of basic business, accounting and math principles
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Desired Previous Experience/Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business-related
• 2+ years of division or corporate category management, merchandising or gift services experience
• 2+ years of store management experience or retail operations experience
• 2+ years of digital and eCommerce experience
• Any Digital product management experience
• Any Project management experience
