Plasman, Cleveland Manufacturing - 3000 West 121st Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44111 is immediately seeking a new member to join our team as:

General Labor earn up to $15.42 an hour

These are direct hire opportunities and all applicants must be able to perform the Following:

• Performing job duties in compliance with the detailed instructions as outlined in the job specific Advanced Product Quality Plan Manual (APQP) books line side, display boards and work instructions.
• Ensuring all work stations are clean and organized at all times (loading, unloading, sanding, buffing, labeling, etc.).
• Must be able to adapt to multiple shift rotations within the established team; must be committed to the team for its entire duration.
• Work in compliance with Quality and Business Operating Systems and all relevant health and safety and environmental legislation and guidelines.
• Recommend and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Completion of any other duties as assigned.
• Abide by Company Value Statement and the Company Standard Code of Conduct.
• Must be physically capable of performing all job tasks including lifting, loading and unloading parts consistently.
• Engage in proper parts handling and unload at a consistent pace
• Inspection of work to ensure quality parts are going down the line

HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The General Labourer is responsible for complying with the Company Health & Safety Program Including the Occupational Health & Safety Act, Industrial regulations, WHMIS regulations and Company Health & Safety policies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent and as outlined below.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Have the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
• Have the ability to be trained for the above mentioned responsibilities and authorities.
• Must be flexible and able to work in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to work effectively with other team members.
