Wellfield Technician Position Available

Brief Project Summary:

Anson County Gas producers, LLC (ACGP) is a landfill gas to energy project that converts landfill gas to pipeline quality renewable natural gas, to be used as vehicle fuel. ACGP is in Polkton, NC. The purpose of ACGP is to control the emission of methane at the landfill while simultaneously upgrading the landfill gas to meet natural gas pipeline specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

- Analyze gas compositions using a gas chromatograph

- Record compositions for reporting and compliance

- Balance wells to maximize gas quantity while maintaining quality

- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to analytical equipment and all-terrain vehicle

Requirements

The candidate will need to be on a rotating on-call schedule, work overtime as needed, have basic computer knowledge, drive an all-terrain vehicle, walk on uneven ground, and have the physical ability to perform the job.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
