Job description

I’m hiring additional laborers for my landscaping and hardscaping crews. This is a flexible, part-time position that may quickly become full-time if the season is busy enough. This is a great, well-paying job for those interested in learning everything about landscape design from the ground-up, and for those who may have eventual aspirations in sales and marketing.

Candidate must be comfortable with intense physical labor, teamwork, accountability, and have at least a modicum of common sense. Candidate must have their own transportation (bonus if they own a truck). Bonus if candidate speaks Spanish or Russian.

Entry-Level Rate: $16/hr —> $18/hr (after 2-week probationary period)

Landscape Team-Lead: $20/hr

Hardscape Team-Lead: $23/hr

Additional compensation provided based on production bonuses, customer feedback, languages, truck use/hauling, and more.
