Job description

We are looking for an energetic and well organized person to assist our Landscape Designer with multiple projects.

• Must be flexible – schedule and hours are negotiable.
• Will obtain information from designer, prepare landscape/hardscape designs in accordance with information obtained.
• Prepare plans, worksheets and materials for landscape crew leaders.
• Ensure that all requests for estimates and quotes are entered and tracked as well as followed up on through completion.
• Contact necessary parties to ensure proper marking of utilities.
• Responsible for ensuring proper materials and preparations are scheduled for landscape crews.
• Maintain a high level of communication between departments to ensure that all requirements are met throughout the entirety of the project.
• Answer questions from current or potential customers throughout the design process.

Qualifications and Skills Desired

• Detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience/knowledge in commercial/residential landscape industry.
• Previous landscape design experience a plus.
• Experience in Office, Excel, Landscape design software, Landscape Estimating software preferred.
• Job Type: Part to Full Time - Negotiable
