Maintenance Landscape Foreman- Signing Bonus $1500.00

Must be able to engage in all aspects of client property maintenance care, We do not mow lawns. They should have 3-5 years' experience with crew management and a vast knowledge of all areas of maintenance.

Proficient in all areas of technical plant care, including: pruning trees & shrubs, planting, fertilizing and continued care of annual and perennial flowers & containers, weeding, edging and mulching beds and winterizing.
Ability to safely operate large and small equipment, including skid loaders, rototillers, and blowers
Willingness to work as a team player.
Ability to lift 80 pounds.
Ability to inspect and maintain equipment.
Pesticide license desired.
Knowledgeable plant identification.
Must have valid driver's license and insurance acceptable.
Starting time 7:00 am Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
