Job description

This position is responsible for maintaining lawns and working as part of a team under the direction of a crew lead or supervisor to complete daily routes that involve mowing, trimming, and blowing off surfaces. We are seeking quality-driven and hardworking individuals for our Lewiston, ID, location.

Essential Duties and Tasks:

• Operate lawn care equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers, safely and efficiently
• Mow and trim commercial and residential lawns
• Edge and blow sidewalks, driveways, and other hard surfaces to maintain a neat appearance
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Variety of landscape/lawn care related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Pass employment screening
• Available to work 4 - 10 Hour days Tuesday - Friday

Pay: *$16.50 - $17.50 per hour when weekly and monthly attendance bonuses are met.

*Weekly $50 and monthly $100 attendance bonuses if qualified.
