$1000 Sign on Bonus paid after 8 weeks.

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be on the front line of our business, providing best-in-class Lawn Care services to our residential and commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Apply fertilizer and weed control to customer lawns
• Inspect customer lawns to accurately diagnose and correct problem areas
• Safely operate lawn application equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by focusing on the detail and communicating issues to customers
• Build a relationship with customers by looking out for their best interest

. Requirements: A Pesticide License or Must be willing and able to secure state applicators license. We will pay for your training!

• Valid Drivers License in good standing
• Able to lift/carry 50 lb. bags of product
• Benefit Conditions, Waiting period may apply

This Job Is:

• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
