About us

ECC is seeking a full-time, Licensed Master's level therapist to join its established group private practice in Glen Ellyn, IL. We are an experienced group of therapists whom have full caseloads and great relationships with other providers in the area. We love doing meaningful work and establishing strong therapeutic relationships with our clients. Our therapists also thrive in collaborating with one another and creating a positive work environment. We are looking to welcome another member to our team who shares our passion and energy.

Competitive compensation as a W2 employee

Therapists are compensated at an hourly rate. The billing cycle is every 2 weeks.

Live receptionist Monday - Friday from 9am - 3pm. Intakes are scheduled for therapists and new client information is collected by our admin

We use a billing service who handle claims, client and insurance accounts receivable, benefit and eligibility checks and payment plans. Therapists are not responsible for taking payments or discussing any finances with clients. All client payments are taken care of by our admin.

Freedom to create your own work schedule including a hybrid work from home

Fully covered overheard costs - furnished office space, EMR system, office supplies, malpractice insurance

Clinical consultation/supervision, as needed.

Professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural-competency, self-motivation, self-sufficiency and good organizational and time- management skills are essential. Candidate should possess well developed therapeutic skills and value the importance of furthering their professional repertoire.

Job Requirements:

Provide individual and couples therapy to clients of all age ranges.

Complete all notes and record keeping activities of all your clients in a timely manner.

Schedule all on going appointments with your clients and maintain an updated calendar

Ability to work with a variety of clinical presentations.

Must be available to work Full-time, minimum of 20-25 hrs/week and be available a minimum of 2 evenings per week.

Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

Licensed to practice independently in Illinois as a LCSW, LCPC, LMFT

LSWs and LPCs will also be considered

Significant training and/or experience working with couples will be greatly considered

At least two years of outpatient psychotherapy experience is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year
