RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will lead the identification, analysis, and detailed documentation of the current-and-future-state business processes that require improvements
• You will craft and develop requirements for waterfall or agile projects, where assigned responsibilities include writing basic functional specifications by set deadlines, participating in daily scrum sessions and writing story cards, or capturing and composing other on-demand documentation with short turnaround time
• You will develop, improve and supervise the review and validation of written specifications with the subject matter experts, development team members, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion with all vital signoffs
• You will facilitate client working group requirements review sessions as needed
• You will provide status reports to management on an ongoing basis, stating progress and any issues that impede it
• You will craft & implement solutions to address any issues
• You will provide support for client issues, encompassing researching and responding to the client within per-defined time frame

Qualifications - 7+ years of Product Management and Business Analyst experience in Corporate Actions back office brokerage space required - B.A/B.S degree required - A resourceful self-starter who is comfortable interacting and coordinating with numerous internal and external partners - Excellent business and technical writing skills is a requirement - Familiarity with Broad ridge BPS Dividend, Reorg, or Astrid platforms a plus - Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage time appropriately - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to quickly understand new concepts and adapt accordingly

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
