Home Instead in Oakmont, PA is looking for Weekend Care Pro Supervisor to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of direct care, non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

What's involved in this role?
The expectation for this position is to have a leading field supervisor to champion needed hourly shifts, provide introductions and continued education to care pros, and deliver support to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weekly, and they'll be compensated a base pay rate for their availability along with a premium rate for any hourly shifts worked. We take into consideration that this candidate may want one weekend off a month, but we'll work towards ensuring a schedule that accommodates your desired availability.

Requirements:

• In this role you'll be our Weekend On-Call Support. The expectations are for you to be our leading Care Pro Friday-Sunday.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Has a high level of communication with clients and office staff in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Willingness to transition between multiple clients in a day, as needed.
• Would help provide shadowing and introductions in the field, continuing education to other Care Pros, and has a strong sense of leadership.
• The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience working with the aging community, Dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and Hospice clients.
• Valid transportation required
