Merrill Gardens Cook, more than just money in your paycheck, we off "FULL BENEFITS"

The cook is responsible for the preparation of the breakfast, lunch or dinner meals as well as special events as directed by the Executive Chef. The cook will perform scheduled kitchen cleaning duties. Adheres to customer service philosophy by providing excellent customer service to residents and their families and team members. NO VACCINE REQUIREMENT.

Experience:

-Minimum 2 years' experience in quality food preparation.

-Must be least 18 years of age

-Must be able to successfully multitask and be adaptable to changing demands.

-Must obtain ServSafe Certification as required by local or state agencies within 60 days.

-Must be able to effectively communicate both in written and spoken English.

-Must have flexibility with schedule and be available to work early morning or evening shifts as well as days,weekends and holidays.

-Consistent and punctual attendance for shifts.

-Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

-Must meet all health requirements (including TB) and pass drug/alcohol and background checks.

-Senior living experience a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
