Gracias por tu interés en esta posición en Gilroy! Estamos buscando a un/a líder para nuestros intendentes por las tardes. Esta es una posición permanente, de medio tiempo por las tardes. Generalmente, la hora de entrada es a las 4:30 pm de lunes a viernes y los sábados entre 6:00-8:00 am en nuestra oficina de Gilroy. La posición incluye mucha limpieza de oficinas y entrenando a empleados como limpiar oficinas profesionalmente.

Candidatos calificados para la posición de Líder de INTENDENTES:

-Debe hablar, leer, y escribir español con fluidez. No es necesario hablar inglés pero si es de mucha ayuda.

-Demostrar habilidad de poner atención a detalles en una conversación.

-Demostrar una fuerte habilidad de comunicación.

-Tener excelente asistencia en trabajos anteriores.

-Tener licencia de conducir valida con record limpio para conducir un coche de la compañía.

-Pasar una prueba de drogas e historial criminal.

-Tener la habilidad de supervisar los intendentes.

-Debes estar vacunado/a contra el Covid.

-Vivir en Gilroy o Morgan Hill.

Esta posición empieza a $24 la hora y aumentos en el futuro después de trabajar independientemente y basado en una evaluación de tu desempeño.

LEAD CUSTODIAN
PERMANENT, PART-TIME EVENING and SATURDAY MORNING LEAD CUSTODIAN (NO SUNDAY). MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

COMPANY

We are the largest professional cleaning company in the South County. We provide commercial and residential cleaning, serving the Bay Area and established in 1989.

ROLE

We clean numerous facilities around the South County in the evenings during the week and on Saturday morning. The Lead Custodian visits those facilities in the evenings/Saturday morning to assist with cleaning, train new staff and cover shifts for staff that are off. In addition to cleaning offices, restrooms, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc. , inspecting, and training, duties will include delivering and picking up supplies from various facilities. Generally the start time is 430pm at our Gilroy office during the week and starting time between 6-8am Saturday morning. Your shift will start at our office meeting with the manager and picking up a company vehicle. Then you would visit a number of different accts to clean, or train, or inspect. Much of your work will be done solo- by yourself, in the evenings at various offices. Generally you would work from 3-5 hours per shift. There is flexibility to the days and hours but Friday evening and Saturday morning are especially important shifts you would need to be available for.

This position requires a clean driving record (in order to use our company vehicles).

Starting wage of $24/hour.

Qualifying candidates:

-Candidates must live in the Gilroy-Morgan Hill. If you live in Hollister, Aromas, Salinas, Watsonville or Los banos, for example, you will not qualify.

-Must be vaccinated for Covid.

-Must be fluent in Spanish. Ability to speak English is helpful but not required.

- Have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

- Pass a background check and drug screen.
